March 2015, Heritage Tourism – Study Tour for 4th Semester Integrated Conducted by Prof Roopa Sreedhar & Prof Eerana Gouda

With the intention of understanding the potential of developing and marketing Heritage Tourism in Karnataka and well as conservation of culture and heritage sites and monuments, study tour to World Heritage Sites and destinations in North Karnataka was conducted in March 2015 by Prof Roopa Sreedhar & Prof Eerana Gouda for 28 Students of 4th Semester Integrated MTA as a part of the course curriculum. Hampi, Pattadakal, Mahakoota Group of Temples, Badami Rock cut Cave temples, Banashankari, Aihole, Koodalasanagama, Bijapur, Sirsi, Saharalinga & Banavasi were explored during this successful tour.
